Quality of the Product is good. Printing came out correct and high quality. The problem was with the shipping options chosen by the supplier. We have ordered these 3 times on the past from other suppiers, and we also order from other overseas vendors on an almost weekly basis. Never, ever do we need to work with customs agents or brokers to receive our products. This supplier chose a broker that we had to negotiate with and fill out forms that we've never had to deal with before. It was email after email of back and forth, and at the end, there were additional taxes and duties that needed to be paid for us to receive our shipment. We were very explicit that we wanted DOOR TO DOOR shipping, and did not want to have to deal with any 3rd party brokers. They required us to give them a power of attorney and many other items which we felt were unnecessary and were very intrusive. Because of this, we will probably not be using this vendor again.
